The LDTD ion source can be installed on different AB-Sciex mass spectrometers. The DuoSprayTM and the Turbo-VTM ion source housing are used as an interface for the LDTD. Therefore, any AB-Sciex mass spectrometer using the DuoSprayTM or the Turbo-VTM ion source can be used as a LDTD-MS/MS. Here is a list of the different AB-Sciex mass spectrometers on which the LDTD can be installed :
- API 3000, 4000 and 5000 Triple Quadrupole
- Q TRAP 3200, 4000
- AB SCIEX Q TRAP 5500
- AB SCIEX TripleTOFTM 5600
